Because our products are sold as mystery boxes containing unknown and assorted merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
By purchasing a Lucky Duck Box, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Mystery box contents are unknown at the time of purchase and will vary from box to box.
- Specific products, brands, quantities, sizes, colors, categories, or retail values are not guaranteed.
- Receiving an item you do not personally want, need, like, or expect does not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
- Merchandise may include items sourced from unclaimed, undeliverable, returned, overstock, liquidation, or other secondary-market inventory.
- Items may vary in condition and may include new, like-new, shelf-pull, open-box, customer-returned, or otherwise previously handled merchandise.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges based on the contents or perceived value of a mystery box.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipping box arrives significantly damaged or you believe you received the wrong Lucky Duck Box size/product, please contact us promptly after delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the package and shipping label.
We will review legitimate shipping or fulfillment issues individually.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If tracking shows that your order was lost in transit or there is another shipping-related issue, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
